Q: If I am not in the Charlotte or Wilmington Market can I use this service?

A: At the moment this is only available to the Charlotte Market Stores and Wilmington.

Q: Once I submit a package to be estimated, what is the normal turn around time for completion?

A: All projects will be completed within a 10 business day time frame. 

 

Q: Do you accept paper blueprint?

A: Yes but we prefer a digital copy in a PDF format.

 

Q: Will you price my estimate?

A: No, due to different store pricing models you will be required to price your material based on your prices for the store you will ship from.
