Engineered Wood (EWP)
Engineered wood products (EWP) eliminate waste associated with unusable lumber by taking out the inconsistencies found in traditional solid wood products. These products are stronger, more reliable, and when installed, use 50% less wood than ordinary lumber.
Our Training Program consists of many different options based on your needs. We offer everything from basic to advanced web based training on our 84 Lumber Estimating Software.

Apprentice Program
The Structural Specialist Apprentice Training Program’s mission is to hire qualified candidates to train them in the full scope of EWP products and Design, as well as Residential Estimating, and prepare them for a successful career in Engineered Wood Products and Whole House Design.

From composite I-joists to laminated beams, we use our national network of suppliers and manufacturers to provide systems which are structurally sound. We can package I-joist floor systems and roof trusses together for a complete installed package.
